  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to all valid shipping addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories).

  • International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside the United States.

2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

To maintain fast delivery times, orders are processed promptly through our fulfillment network:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time), Monday through Friday.

  • Order Processing / Handling Time: 1 Business Day. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST enter fulfillment immediately and are handed over to USPS on the following business day.

  • Operating Days: Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Once your order is processed and handed over to USPS:

  • Handling Time: 1 Business Day

  • USPS Transit Time: 2 to 3 Business Days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Window: 3 to 4 Business Days

(Note: While USPS consistently delivers within 2–3 business days across the U.S., severe weather or unexpected carrier delays may occasionally affect timelines. You will always have live tracking visibility for your order).

4. Order Tracking & Email Updates

We believe in keeping you fully informed every step of the way:

  1. Tracking Notification: Your official USPS Tracking Number will be generated and emailed to you within 1 business day of placing your order.

  2. Ongoing Shipping Updates: To ensure complete visibility, you will receive automated order status updates via email from Support@ShopDealsRus.com every other business day until your package is successfully delivered to your door.

  3. Live Tracking Portal: You can also track your package anytime directly on the official USPS Tracking Website using your tracking number.

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellation Window: Order cancellations or address changes are accepted within 1 business day of placing your order, provided the package has not yet finished processing and shipped out.

  • Shipped Orders: If your order has already finished processing and has been dispatched with USPS, it cannot be canceled or modified. In this case, simply wait for the package to arrive and follow our easy return process for a full refund (please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page).

  • To Request a Cancellation: Email Support@ShopDealsRus.com immediately with your Order Number and the subject line Order Cancellation Request.

6. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us by USPS due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the customer, our support team will reach out immediately via Support@ShopDealsRus.com to confirm the correct address and arrange re-shipment at no additional cost.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours at Support@ShopDealsRus.com. We will issue a prepaid return label and immediately send a free replacement or issue a 100% full refund.

  • Missing or Stolen Packages: If USPS tracking shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot find it:

    1. Verify the delivery address on your order receipt.

    2. Check around your property (porch, side entrance, mail room) or with family members/neighbors.

    3. Contact your local USPS post office with your tracking number.

    4. If the package remains missing, email us at Support@ShopDealsRus.com, and we will open a missing mail investigation and ensure you receive a resolution (replacement or full refund).
