You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to return your item for a full refund.

  • Eligible Reasons: Any reason! (Buyer’s remorse, changed mind, item not as expected, wrong size, damaged, defective, or incorrect item received).

  • Return Shipping Cost: $0 (100% Free). We cover all return shipping costs and will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

2. Return Conditions & Requirements

To ensure a smooth return and refund process:

  • The item should ideally be returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals included.

  • Proof of purchase (your order number or the email address used at checkout) is required.

3. How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)

  1. Email Us: Contact our support team at Support@ShopDealsRus.com with your Order Number and a brief note regarding your return request.

  2. Receive Your Free Shipping Label: Within 24 hours, our customer support team will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with simple packing instructions.

  3. Ship the Package: Print out the prepaid label, attach it securely to your return package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location (specified on your label).

Note: Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns submitted without initiating a request via Support@ShopDealsRus.com cannot be processed.

4. Return Fees & Costs (Transparent Breakdown)

  • Return Shipping Fees: $0 (FREE) – We provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • Restocking Fees: $0 (NO Restocking Fee) – We never charge restocking or handling fees.

  • Original Shipping Fees: If you paid any express shipping fees at checkout, these are fully refunded if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

5. Refund Processing & Bank Timelines

  • Inspection & Processing Time: Once your returned item is successfully delivered back to our facility, we will inspect the package and process your full refund within 24 hours.

  • Confirmation: You will receive an automated email confirmation as soon as your refund has been issued.

  • Bank Credit Timeline: Depending on your financial institution or credit card provider, the refunded amount will appear back in your bank account within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Original Payment Method: All refunds are issued strictly back to the original payment method used during checkout (Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, etc.).

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item:

  2. We will immediately issue a prepaid return shipping label and give you the choice of a 100% full refund or a free replacement shipment.

7. Order Cancellations & Modifications

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email Support@ShopDealsRus.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet entered the shipping process, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund within 24 hours. If it has already shipped, simply follow our easy 30-day free return process once the item arrives.
